This pinot is stepping it up a level, Its from the Oltrepo Pavese region in Italy which is located between Milan and Piemonte.

This is an ultra light bodied pinot with minimal tannins a lovely length and fruitful finish. Very, very Easy drinking, and comes with a smart looking label.

  • Any cut of red meat.

     white meat

  • Nutty+hard cheeses-Provelone,Gruyere

  • Dry and salty cheeses- Pecorino, parmesan
