This beautiful oil is made alongside our Heathcote Creek shiraz. Planted at the same time in 2004.
The variety is called Arbequina (Spain) it boasts a strong nutty andspicy taste. This oil is perfectaccompaniment for a lovely crunchysourdough, vienna loaf or traditionalfoccacia. Not to mention any saladsand veg of your choice.
