Ham, is delectable, When this fina ham is sliced as thin as paper it literally melts in youir mouth. Its cured for a minimum of 15 months in the Langhirano area which is located in Parma Italy. The beauty with this is that the only ingredients  used is salt. No preservatives no additives. Just Salt.
